crunchmotion:
the traditional crunch starts with a jerking motion, which causesstain on the neck, shoulders and lower back. the total coreeliminates this first jerking motion and then guides you through asmooth, full range motion that far exceeds the range of a typicalcrunch while you are comfortably seated and properlysupported.

the secret behind the total core is the unique, progressiveresistance system that "pushes" you upward with more of a "push" inthe beginning of the movement when you need it most and less towardthe end. but there"s more! the total core turns the crunch "upsidedown", because on the way down, your pushing against theue progressive resistance, which works your lower back musclesand the "back" of the core.
